Light switches, power outlets and lights have been installed. There is wiring for telephone, cable TV, door-bell and buzzer system in place. The water supply system is made of polypropylene pipes with terminals for hot and cold water. The sewerage is made of PVC pipes with 50 and 110 mm diameter. Taps are in place. The building has air conditioning. Each residential unit will have its own air conditioned which will provide comfort while residing year round. Kitchen ventilation has been planned. All common spaces are completely finished. The construction is made of reinforced concrete monolith. The roof is flat and like roof terraces the system of the warm roof is followed. There have been four luxurious elevators with automatic doors planned. There will be an elevator for each building section and one for the common spaces.
